This workshop runs up to 8 hours. It is designed for field technicians and technical support staff with telephony experience who are responsible for maintaining and configuring Mitel MiVoice Office 250 systems for small and medium sized customers, and would like a live run-through from beginning to end on how to program the phone switch following best practice principles. Please note that this workshop will cover the topic in a standalone-system scenario, not networked systems with Direct IP Routes.
This course is remote leader-led. The student will be remote, and the course will be conducted with an instructor leading the training sessions via a web-session environment. Practical exercises will be conducted with remote access to MiVoice Office 250 instances.
