Overview:

This workshop runs up to 4 hours.  It is designed for field technicians and technical support staff with telephony experience who are responsible for maintaining and configuring Mitel MiVoice Business systems and would like a refresher on ARS configuration options, configuring telephony restrictions, and best practice principals.  Please note that this workshop will cover the topic in a standalone-system scenario, not networked systems with Direct IP Routes.

This course is remote leader-led. The student will be remote, and the course will be conducted with an instructor leading the training sessions via a web-session environment. Practical exercises will be conducted with remote access to MiVoice Business instances.
